Life with a puppy IV –

Hi together…whenever I think “wow – everything seems to run smooth now with the pup” Lana decides to take on a new trick or activates something I thought we’re already over…

Sunday for example…Lunch at granny’s place. She’s not much of a dog person and pretty much only likes Bino as he usually behaves like a cat in the body of a dog. Lana: “I’ll chew and eat everything!!!!! I hate my box!! I am suffering!!”…we will see if granny will like her one day…

But this is nothing compared to her new super trick! Eat dirt and vomit it out in the most unexpected moment or worst place for it. Not outside! Hold it in till it is really annoying to vomit…
Yep, during a walk she apparently ate a whole heap of dirt and vomited it out on the way to Berlin straight over her bed, Bino’s bed and everything else. Other favourite vomiting place: the doormat.

Other than that last week was pretty quiet in terms of puppy-life. She goes on public transport like a rockstar and only had a few tiny “I don’t want to walk on a leash and will just lay down here” occasions. Wich is good as that means I didn’t get called cruel that often anymore…

And even coffee dates and restaurant visits are pretty relaxed by now – I only spend a few minutes like a crazy person fighting with the invisible monster underneath the table and not the whole meal is a fight anymore. She is pretty relaxed and is really learning so much from Bino, it is incredible. He walks into a restaurant and lays down elegant like a lady, looking at the bulldog like “Oh man. Just relax. Lay down. Like this. Cross your paws. … You’re hopeless.” and sleeps..

We went shopping at the markets, visited offices, explored the Tempelhofer airfield and had a lovely week. Next week we’re back to the Swabian no mans land…let’s see what will happen then. Usually not much 😉
