Family Photos in Beautiful Tuscany –

I kind of feel like we are having an Italian week at the blog this week…becasue today I would love to show you a wonderful family shoot. It is full of energy, laughters and love and I am super happy Elisabetta and William with their kids Bea and Ricardo trusted me to take their family portraits and really “let me in there” to feel their special energy. Thank you so much!

In May we visited the beautiful Dimora Santa Margherita (see the video here and read more about this amazing spot here)…and we made friends with the owners of this beautiful little hotel. Elisabetta found my work on Facebook and liked it which made me really happy – because I love her work at the Dimora so much. I guess that meant we connected pretty well. Ingo and myself hat such a great time there and enjoyed the hospitality of the family a lot.

When they asked me to take photos of their family with the kids and dogs I was super happy and we had a great afternoon together.

I shot this family portrait like I always want to photograph…candid moments, no planned shots and allowing everybody to be themselves without feeling intruded through my presence. (On a side note…photographing a family full of Italien spirit and and energy meant I had to move at about twice the speed I am shooting a german or Scandinavian family…they truly kept me on my toes and I loved it!)
