Melbourne Elopement –

When I was in Melbourne beginning of this year, I had the fantastic chance to get a Georgia Young gown for an inspirational shoot.
Everything had to be organised quite spontaneous as I had planned not to work during this trip (which in general never works out…).
The idea in my head evolved quite quickly: a modern and relaxed elopement in my favourite city ever: Melbourne.

The wonderful Peggy Stasinos did a great job with hair and make-up for our lovely models Ally and Shane and I am absolutely in love with the photos we created together.

This is an inspiration for an elopement of two souls, deeply in love and ready to say “I do” to each other. It shows that a wedding doesn’t always have to be a big and massive party…sometimes just spending a beautiful day together is what feels right for the couple.

And is there any better way to end a day other than having ice cream from Messina?
